The outline was there along with the excitement, however the timeline to deliver by was week of Christmas and it was a new venture for Panaskopic. They had taken many pictures and many videos but this outline was a 1st. In the end I made the decision to move forward with Panaskopic.
Roy and Hazel hit the ground running as we outlined and agreed to hitting ALL CTF facilities throughout the state along with multiple project sites. They worked tirelessly on outline provided and provided plenty of feedback.
